Indigo Ridge is being designed from the ground up as an eco-friendly, green home development. Huntley LLC is working toward achieving certification for LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. LEED is a national benchmark from the U.S. Green Building Council for the design, construction and operation of high-performing green buildings. The Indigo Ridge development will employ green home design with water-saving techniques and use indigenous plants in the landscaping to protect and align the community with the native environment.
